In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom OG, Farrah Abraham and her on-again-off-again boyfriend Simon Saran butt heads while on a boat cruise in Hawaii.
The reality TV calls out Simon for being standoffish and reminds him how many times she’s needed to “kick him out.” While Farrah insists she doesn’t act like “A crazy fu***** bi***,” Simon fires back, “Yea you do.”
