Carrie Fisher's Autopsy Shows Cocaine, Heroin & Ecstasy

Carrie Fisher‘s autopsy has finally been released — and the findings will break fans’ hearts!

According to the report obtained by Star, the late Star Wars‘ actress had cocaine and other opiates found during a urine sample — plus trace amounts of ecstasy and heroin in her system at the time of her death. The Los Angeles coroner was unable to determine if the substances may have contributed to her death.

As Star reported, Carrie died at age 60 on Dec. 27, 2016, after suffering a heart attack while traveling on a plane from London back to Los Angeles.

Star readers know that the actress had a long history of drug and alcohol abuse.

A source told RadarOnline.com that she had sadly relapsed around Thanksgiving and wasn’t in good health. The source added that she was taking multiple prescription medications from her doctor to treat her bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety.
