Chyna and her fiancé, Rob Kardashian, welcomed Dream on Nov. 10 and since then the new mom has been quite vocal on social media about her “bounce-back” goals. Recently Chyna posted a Snapchat that showed her nearly 20 pounds down only 9 days postpartum.
