The Modern Family star was spotted at the Variety Power of Young Hollywood event at the Neuehouse in L.A. on Aug. 16, where she bared her new boobs post-surgery. Star previously reported that the 18-year-old actress underwent breast reduction surgery last year in June, but since the procedure, she’s been caught wearing in one x-rated outfit after another.
