Alan Thicke suddenly passed away on December 13th after suffering a heart attack during a game of ice hockey with his son, Carter. Last night Alan’s hockey manager, JP Lagloire, revealed the names of the people on his team who were present when it happened at Pickwick Ice Rink. Alan was 69 years old.
