Another Battle!

Abby Lee Miller To Sue Prison For Denying Medical Attention Before Cancer Diagnosis

The ‘Dance Moms’ star ‘complained for months about the pain,’ source says.

Abby Lee Miller is fighting cancer after being diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, but she’s gearing up for another battle. According to RadarOnline.com, the former Dance Moms star plans to file a lawsuit against FCI Victorville for denying her medical treatment before the shocking diagnosis.

“She complained for months in prison about the pain,” a source close to Miller, 51, told Radar. “The staff and teams there wouldn’t allow her medical treatment.”

The insider added how staff thought she was “being a drama queen” and “just wanted to get out of prison.”

“She is working on a massive lawsuit,” the source said.

As previously reported the ALDC owner has been “getting her business affairs in order” after the diagnosis.

“Abby Lee’s deciding who gets what in her will,” the source said. “She made a few friends in prison and she’d like to reward them. It’s a very sad, scary time for Abby Lee. She’s never felt so alone!”

When news of the cancer first broke in April, another source said that she’s “strong, but not good.”

“It’s bad and very aggressive,” she said. “She is devastated because she has just been released, and now this. She feels cursed.”

Miller posted a selfie of herself in bed while hooked up to an IV last week.

“So much gratitude and love for those who listened, those who looked deeper and those who leapt into action,” she captioned the photo. “So much more I wish I could say…… about how quickly your life can change at the hands of others. Thanks for prayers and love!”

Days later, she posted a photo of stitches in her back with the caption, “This gives a whole new meaning to being stabbed in the back!”

Miller pled guilty to not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets in June 2016.

Miller was sentenced to one year and one day in prison, followed by two years of supervised release in May 2017.

As previosuly reported, she was released from Victorville to a halfway house in Van Nuys, California on March 27.

Miller’s lawyers did not respond to a request for comment.
