Victoria Beckham Still ‘Trying to Fix Things’ With Estranged Son Brooklyn Amid Rift: ‘She Loves Him’
Santa Claus isn’t the only one staring down a Dec. 25 deadline. Insiders tell Star that Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham, hoping to reconnect with her apparently estranged son and daughter-in-law, Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz, has given the two an ultimatum: Apologize to the family by Christmas or risk being on the outs forever.
“As angry and hurt as Victoria is, she hasn’t been able to stop trying to fix things with Brooklyn,” a source says of the 51-year-old, who shares four kids with husband David.
“He’s her son and she loves him. So far, she’s tried everything from turning the other cheek and being patient to outright groveling, and nothing is working. Now she’s trying tough love.”
The feud reportedly began around the couple’s 2022 wedding, when Nicola refused to wear a dress designed by Victoria.
Brooklyn, 26, and his wife, 30, have been no-shows at big family events, including David’s November knighting by King Charles III. “David’s disgusted and angry with Brooklyn and thinks they should cut him off,” says the source. “So far, Victoria hasn’t allowed it.”
