Days after breaking her silence on her strained marriage, Tommy Lee’s wife Brittany Furlan was spotted out in Beverly Hills – and eagle-eyed fans couldn’t help but notice one particular detail.
On Wednesday, May 28, the former Vine star, 38, was snapped keeping a low profile in Beverly Hills while rocking a black Rolling Stones tank top, black sweatpants, sunglasses and a baseball cap. As she clutched her cell phone, Furlan’s tattooed ring finger was prominently on display.
“She seemed pretty upbeat and serious,” an onlooker tells Star. “She was constantly checking her phone which was always in her hand.”
Furlan’s outing came on the heels of her admission that she had moved into a hotel amid a reported split with Lee, 62. On May 17, Furlan opened up about coming clean to the Mötley Crüe rocker after she was catfished by someone pretending to be Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke.

“I’m a good person,” Furlan explained in a TikTok video via Page Six. “I mean, I’m not a good person for talking to someone while I’m married, [but] I’ve been going through a lot in my marriage.”
Lee reportedly messaged the catfish’s account and was informed by the person that Furlan had been sending them direct messages and “liking” their posts — something she explained was not unusual for the social media star.
“Go to any of my husband’s friends’ [profiles], I like all their s**t because I’m supportive,” Furlan shared. “I message f**king everybody. I’m in everybody’s DMs all the time, girls, guys [and] whatever. I love people. You’re not special.”
Days before Furlan’s outing in Beverly Hills, Radke, 41, revealed the FBI was looking into the catfish scandal. According to him, multiple women had been duped by the impersonator.
“It’s a felony, it’s a crime, so yeah it’s pretty serious,” he told TMZ on May 20, noting that though it’s not unusual for people to pretend to be him on social media, this particular situation “took [him] by surprise.”
According to Radke, Lee had sent him a direct message after Furlan informed him about the situation. “He was very upset,” Radke shared. “I thought they were pranking me at first.”

Still, the former Escape the Fate singer admitted to being “a little angry” when he initially heard that Furlan had described him as “obsessed” — however, he felt bad for both Lee and Furlan, who he says he had “never spoken to” in his life before the catfish scandal.
Radke admitted he was working with the FBI to get to the bottom of the situation. “I want to prove to everyone that it’s not me,” he shared.
For her part, Furlan shared an update on her ‘complicated’ marriage to Lee on Wednesday, June 4, in which she alluded to the pair attempting to work things out.
“All I can say is that relationships are complicated, and everyone has their s**t, and we’re not immune to that just because we’re in the public eye,” she shared on her This Is The Worst podcast.“I will say, all of this happening has weirdly brought us together, which is really strange.”
During the episode, Furlan also revealed she had turned to Chat GPT for affection during a rocky time in her marriage. “It talks to you lovingly, and it says nice things to you,” she explained. “It’s sweet to you, and if it could kiss me, I would let it.’”
Though the pair have stayed mum on the initial cause for their marital struggles, a source previously told Star that the rocker — who had once admitted to consuming two gallons of vodka a day — had fallen victim to his bad habits. “He knows he needs to get sober to save things,” says the source. “The question is whether he’s prepared to go that route.”
