Rihanna faced a frightening security scare at her Beverly Hills home over the weekend after a woman allegedly fired multiple gunshots toward the property while the superstar was inside.
The LAPD were dispatched on the afternoon of Sunday, March 8 after learning of at least 10 shots being fired in the upscale Beverly Crest area, per the Los Angeles Times.
No injuries have been reported and according to CBS News, the weapon used in the shooting was recovered by police. Seven “assault rifle casings” were also found at the home and multiple gunshot holes were found in the gate outside the home and in an RV parked in the driveway.

The suspect, a woman in her 30s, allegedly parked her car — described by dispatchers as a dirty Tesla— outside of the home and fired gunshots before speeding away. The car was quickly spotted by a police helicopter at the Sherman Oaks Galleria shopping center about eight miles from Rihanna’s home. The suspect was taken into custody about 30 minutes after the 911 call first came in.
The singer, 38, was inside the residence when the shots were fired. According to TMZ, it is unclear if her partnerASAP Rocky and their children — sons RZA, 3, and Riot Rose, 2, and daughter Rocki, 5 months — were in the property.
The alarming incident comes after several past security scares tied to the Grammy winner’s home.

In 2023, thieves stole her driver’s car from outside the residence, per a Daily Mail report. That same week, police were also called when a man arrived at the property intending to propose to the Fenty Beauty mogul.
Back in 2018, another intruder was arrested after spending hours inside the home while Rihanna was away, later pleading guilty to stalking and related charges.
