Crimson pouts must be precise.
First, to prevent color bleeding, line and fill in pout with a freshly sharpened fire-engine red lip pencil.
Next, using a lip brush or wand, carefully smooth an even coat of cherry-red lipstick over pout on top of the liner. Blot with tissue, then dust pucker with translucent face powder to prolong your lip color’s wear.
Reapply lipstick; blot again. Skip the gloss; today’s redhot lip look is creamy matte — not super shiny.
