The knives came out on this week’s Real Housewives of Orange County. They weren’t the verbal ones fans are used to, but, rather, literal knives, as Vicki Gunvalson and Shannon Beador both had plastic surgery. Click through the gallery to see the photos of their major transformations.

But by the time

Gina Kirschenheiter came to visit, her eyes were super bruised.

Vicki, 56, meanwhile, told her boyfriend Steve Lodge she was going to do some "minor" tweaks on her appearance. That was a bit of an understatement, as she had a full face lift.

“I’m insecure. I wish I was skinnier. I wish I was whatever. I got my nose and my chin done. Tummy tuck. Boobs. Eyelift. Boobs. I’m having tweaked and tweaked and pulled and pulled and I am going to do it,” she said in her confessional.

Steve was by her side, taking care of her and documenting the experience. “Do you love me? Am I pretty?” she asked him when she woke up.
