She revealed to Bravo that Tamra, 48, tried to make a turn up a sand dune in Glamis, Calif., and the wheels of the ATV lifted off the sand on one side. They began rolling — and as shown in the season 11 trailer — they flipped over. At the time, it was believed that Tamra was drinking before the crash.

"I really believed that when I was laying there in the helicopter ride over to the hospital by myself, I really kind of felt this wasn't my time, but I was prepared to go," she concluded of the experience. "I've accomplished a great life. I have two great kids, I have two great grandkids, I have a great business. I kind of just thought like, 'If this is my time, I'm good.' But once I realized that I wasn't paralyzed and I was going to be OK, I just thought, 'I'm gonna be OK. I got a second chance.'"

"I went through physical therapy and a lot of chiropractic and acupuncture and everything," she said of her treatment. "I mean, my neck is still stiff on the left side, but I get massages once a week, and it's loosening up and I'm feeling good."
