Val Kilmer was snapped carrying a large box in Santa Monica, California looking feeble and weary.
The actor denied having throat cancer two weeks ago after rumors spread he was sick.
Yet, on his Facebook page, Val wrote: "I have some speech therapy to do still from last year's physical challenges."
The 57-year-old was believed to have had a tumor in his throat but denied have surgery.
Even his friend and former co-star Michael Douglas thought he was sick but then had to retract his statements.
Val addressed the claims. He explained: "I love Michael Douglas but he is misinformed. The last time I spoke to him was almost two years ago, when I asked him for a referral for a specialist to get a diagnosis for a lump in my throat, which prevented me from continuing a tour of my play CITIZEN TWAIN. I ended up using a team at UCLA and have no cancer whatsoever. I still have a swollen tongue and am rehabbing steadily."
