A preliminary hearing has been set in former Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel’s sexual assault case. He’ll head to court November 5, according to ABC News 4, when a judge will decide whether to send the case to trial. “While inside the location, the defendant undressed and made sexual advances on the victim. The defendant grabbed the victim’s hand and placed it on his penis before attempting to remove the victim’s clothing,” the Charleston Police Department Description of Offense stated, according to
Radar.

“The defendant pulled down the victim’s pants and said, 'Show me your p***y,' and began grabbing at the victim’s vagina,” the report continued.

“After escaping the assault, the victim called her then ex-husband and sister and told them of the incident, fled the scene and notified several family members of the incident.” Nanny Dawn took photos of her injuries.

Thomas was
arrested last month. Bravo has said he will not be returning to
