"During that meeting, Christy Sheats held up a gun and shot both girls," a statement by the Ford Bend County Sheriff's Office revealed.

"Christy had stabbed the girls before she shot them," a neighbor told the DailyMail. "I looked out and I saw her standing over one of the girls with the gun pointed at her and she shot her as she lay on the ground."

As Star readers know, Jason tried to stop Christy from shooting, but she attempted to point the gun at him next. Even worse, the their eldest daughter Taylor was set to wed just days later.

The neighbor also told the publication that Christy was later killed by the police after Jason ran to a neighbor's house and begged them to call 911.
