not gone unnoticed by his and Teresa’s kids, especially since the 43-year-old was left as the children’s sole caregiver while Teresa, 43 also, has been away. “Gia and Gabriella know exactly what’s going on,” a source stated. “And the younger ones have been having meltdowns, especially when Joe goes out [with a woman] and leaves them alone.”
