“I wanted so badly to say, ‘You guys have no idea. I’m in chemotherapy. You’re a**holes.' I locked myself away until I was confident and comfortable again,” Selena said during the interview.

But she admits that the critics helped motivate her. And she is firing back at the haters with her upcoming album, Revival, which drops on Oct. 9.

Not only is Selena back with a new sound, she also announced in a video on Instagram that she will be hitting the road on a Revival tour next year from May to July in the U.S. and Canada.
