Fallen Off The Wagon — AGAIN? Scott Disick Parties With Tyga & Kylie Jenner Amid Relapse Rumors

The notorious bad-boy was spotted leaving Hollywood hot spot, The Nice Guy, after partying the night away with none other than rapper Tyga, and under-aged Kylie Jenner.

Though both Scott and Tyga were notoriously absent from Kanye West's disastrous Yeezy debut at Madison Square Garden on Feb. 11, , but the recovering addict had no problem to show up at a good old fashioned night on the town.

As Star readers know, the reality TV star has been struggling with alcohol and substance addiction for years.  

Since ditching his third rehab attempt, sources revealed “His behavior lately is incredibly defiant," and that those close to Scott fear he’s headed for another relapse.
