Kyle Richards Confesses Husband Mauricio Almost Called 911 During Her Anxiety Episode

The ‘RHOBH’ star opened up about the pain caused by her generalized anxiety disorder.

Kyle Richards is getting candid about the difficulties of living with generalized anxiety disorder. During part one of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, the reality star revealed that one anxiety episode she faced was so severe, her husband, Mauricio Umansky, almost called 911 to get her help.

During the reunion, Andy Cohen read a fan question to Lisa Rinna. “Considering the anxiety it caused her, do you regret taking Kyle to your mammogram?” he said.

“No I don't, ever, because I think everyone should have a mammogram,” Lisa, 56, said.

Kyle, 50, agreed that it was the right decision, explaining that her mother, Kathleen, died of breast cancer. That makes her anxious about going, but it also reminds her how important it is to get the preventative screening every year.

“The reason my mom died was because she skipped her mammogram for five years, so why not take this opportunity to show it? We’re going to do this even though I was terrified,” Kyle said about her decision to go through the screening on camera.

Andy, 51, then read a fan question for Teddi Mellencamp. He said, “How do you help Kyle when she’s spiraling? Have you sent her to your therapist?”

Teddi, 38, said that they have gone together. The show then aired previously unseen footage of the women meditating together.
