Prince, 18, has been caught smoking cigarettes in the past, but new photos of Paris, 17, puffing are alarming.

She was spotted on a cigarette break while waiting for friends in Los Angeles, Calif. — but can't legally buy them herself!

RadarOnline reported earlier this month that Paris split from her boyfriend, Chester Castellaw — and hasn't been handling it well.

“Ever since her breakup with Chester, she has become quite rebellious,” a family insider told Radar. “She is staying out past curfew, hanging out with a group of people that seem to be misfits, and she is not listening to much that her grandparents Katherine and Joe say.”

In 2013, she was held in a psychiatric hospital for almost a year after a suicide attempt, and now her family worries she can be on the verge of another meltdown as her 18th birthday approaches.
