As Star readers know, Bobbi Kristina passed away in hospice after being found unresponsive in the bathtub of her Georgia home. Ever since the tragic incident, Krissy's dad involved Nick in a $40 million legal battle, claiming he punched not only his daughter in the face, but even went as far as knocking out her teeth, and pulling her up the stairs by her hair, all during the night in question.

However, Nick maintains that there's only one person to blame: Bobbi Kristina herself! “Krissy suffered anxiety attacks. We became terrified of the bath, I didn’t even like deep water," told The Sun.

Nick claims that, after Bobbi Kristina's mother, the legendary Whitney Houston, passed away a few years before under very similar circumstances, Krissy started to spiral out of control. “She would drink wine bottle after bottle," he claimed.

“She’d drink to blot out the pain and it always got worse near the anniversary of Whitney’s death and her birthday in August,” he claimed. As for the night in question, Nick maintains that Bobbi Kristina was "far gone" at the time he got to their shared home.
