Radar Online reported, the boy-bander was arrested on Jan. 13 and charged with one misdemeanor count of battery after a bar altercation broke out at the Hog’s Breath Saloon in Key West, Fla.

Now, the violent encounter will cost Nick more than his dignity, as the bar’s bouncer, Skyler Carden has filed suit against the Backstreet Boys member for a whopping $15,000!

Nick, 35, reportedly remained uncooperative and even tried to re-enter the saloon, at which point Skyler jumped in, and politely told him he was not allowed reentry.

After being told to leave, Nick allegedly became aggressive, using “physical force and violently attacking” Skyler by “stricking and chocking” him.

Skyler now claims to have suffered “severe” mental and bodily harm as a result of Nick’s violent outburst, and is demanding to be compensated for his pain and suffering.
