“It took me quite some time to decide whether I was going to go or not," Leah answered. "I’m from West Virginia and everyone I was around didn’t quite support me going away.”

“I was on the anxiety and depression track," the reality TV star continued, after which she confessed that motherhood had taken a serious toll on her health.

“I put every single bit of me into my kids, marriage and house,” she explained. “It always felt like it wasn’t enough. It took me down. I had to learn I had to make time for myself. That’s the change I had to make in order to be happy and healthy.”

But despite Leah's treatment, sources revealed to
RadarOnline that she could very well still be on "powerful painkillers? specifically, Lortab and Percocet."

“They are very easy to get on the streets in her hometown," the source stated. "Sometimes she drops her girls off with her mom at night and takes painkillers or drinks heavily. Dawn is all too eager to help out and tries to keep Leah’s secrets hidden.”
