“Kylie has been pretty much starving herself through the holiday season,” a source told the UK magazine heat. “She’s obsessed with having the best figure by the time the family go on their next beach holiday.”

“She’s already got a body most women would kill for, but Kylie seems to be taking things to ridiculous extremes,” they said of the 21-year-old. “She’s living off one smoothie and a handful of nuts and hot lemon water, and not much else.” According to heat, she has at most 500 calories a day.

Kim’s suggestion was to put on two pairs of shapewear and leave the house. “I know it’s like, really early and Stormi is so little but you just have to roll with it,” the 38-year-old offered. “You just have to be confident, get some things that make you feel good about yourself and find your balance.”
