Based on her recent Twitter posts — bragging about what sources reveal is a fictional 20-pound weight loss — Kim seems to be in denial of her current weight issues. "She says that she wants to lose a total of 70 pounds, but she's made no progress," a source revealed to Star.

According to Alicia Hunter, a Florida-based celebrity weight-loss expert (who hasn't worked with the star), Kim should have lost about 10 pounds in the process of giving birth to Saint "what with the baby, the placenta and fluids." Anything beyond that, "Kim owns," she stated.

Kim's busy schedule as a working mom-of-two isn't helping either! "She claims she's been exercising," the insider stated, "but she's just too exhausted. Every free minute she gets, she spends sleeping."

With Kim and hubby Kanye West's marriage on the verge of divorce, the KUWTK star has been trying to eat away her feelings with junk food. "She's supposed to be on a high-protein, low-carb, 2,000-calorie-a-day diet, but she keeps cheating," the source explained.

"Kim's struggling big time," the insider continued. "She feels disgusting and hates the way she looks. For some reason, she thought it would be easy to lose weight this time, but she's just now seeing how deluded she was."
