Kim Kardashian loves to make a loud statement with her fashion, but few outfits are as bold as this one! Last night, September 27, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star stepped out in a coat dress covered in dollar bills. Her boots, too, were spangled with money, and she carried a tiny money bag purse. The KKW Beauty mogul was headed to a party for fellow makeup brand Anastasia Beverly Hills, along with sister Kylie and mom Kris Jenner.
