Keith Urban just wrapped up the Canadian leg of his tour, but not before making some very special memories for two lucky fans. At his concert last night, September 25, the singer read a sign he liked so much, he called down the girl holding it and her mom so he could sing to them on stage. Keith, 50, loves to look in the crowd for signs and call people on stage when they're celebrating a birthday or other event. But 13-year-old Jordana's sign caught his eye all the way from the upper deck.

It read, "I'm 13 years old, got braces on my teeth. My favorite singer is a guy named Keith. If you see my sign, there's something you've gotta do. Sing for my mom 'Somebody Like You.'"

Sara was absolutely living.
