Kate Middleton’s uncle,
Gary Goldsmith pleaded guilty in court on Tuesday to drunkenly punching his wife after the pair was on their way home from a charity event in October.
The couple’s taxi driver, Daniel Shepherd told police at the time that he saw Julie-Ann, slap her husband first, and Gary responded with a ”Left Hook”, which left her unconscious on the pavement and in need of medical attention. At the time, Gary told officers at the police station that he had pushed his wife hard with his left hand, but denied throwing a punch.
It was previously claimed that the younger brother of Carole Middleton and his fourth wife had been feuding over Gary’s alleged cocaine use.
