It seems he found the most innovative of all this year, as he gifted his wife some truly unique flora for her 38th birthday yesterday, October 21. Twitter on Saturday, October 20. He captioned it, "
@KimKardashian You’re stunning. I will keep trying to make things that can express how beautiful you are inside and out and how much I love you and our family." He apparently bought her these enormous, red aerial flower arrangements.
