Josh Duggar Roasts Porn Star Claims — Believes Charges Should Be Dropped Since She's A Prostitute

RadarOnline obtained new U.S. District Court documents filed by Duggar's attorneys in response to Danica's $500,000 battery lawsuit, which claims that the 27-year-old was not in Pennsylvania during the dates she says he beat her during paid sex sessions. The papers also claim that he had never been to the strip clubs or hotels where she alleged they met.

His attorneys wrote that Duggar “and his counsel have already provided more than one hundred pages of alibi documents to Plaintiff’s counsel, as well as video footage and photographs. Defendant also supplied the contact information of many eyewitnesses to ensure that substantive initial disclosures were produced.”

“Plaintiff filed a complaint against a public person. She hailed Mr. Duggar into Court in a state in which he has only ever passed through briefly and in which he was not present on the dates Plaintiff alleges she was injured,” his lawyers continued. “Now, having sued Mr. Duggar and made very serious allegations — both in her Complaint and to the nation on Entertainment Tonight— Plaintiff cannot find the time to comply with court orders that she supply the information necessary to support her allegations.”

What's worse, Josh is now attempting to disgrace the adult film actress by claiming he should be excused since she was participating in "illegal activities" anyway.

As Star previously reported, Danica, 28, is suing Josh for assault and battery "to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries" during a sexual encounter.

The 19 Kids and Counting star checked himself into rehab shortly after to seek treatment for his porn addiction. He left shortly before the new year.

A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Jan. 21.
