Another Lawsuit For John Mahdessian! Dorinda Medley's Boyfriend's Explosive Legal Troubles Exposed

John Mahdessian's legal battles began long before his relationship with Dorinda Medley came under fire — and now the Real Housewives of New York star has found himself in hot water again!

The Madame Paulette president was most recently sued in 2014 for discrimination against a female employee — but that wasn't his only run-in with a courtroom.

RadarOnline uncovered that John sued a skiing resort for over $75,000 in 1997!

According to court documents, he was a guest at The Stratton Corporation's ski resort in January of that year, and suffered multiple injuries after his joyride down the mountain went wrong.

“Mr. Mahdessian was skiing down the Suntanner Trail toward the mountain lodge when he suddenly and without warning encountered an unmarked, manmade, hazard,” the papers claimed. “Plaintiff collided with this unmarked, manmade hazard and fell. He heard a loud internal cracking sound upon impact.” John reported that he was “skiing in control” and had “no advance warning of the presence of the manmade hazard, and thus has no reasonable opportunity to avoid skiing into it.”

The 50-year-old claimed he had “massive and permanent physical and emotional injuries” from the accident — including a broken back. He was forced to seek medical attention, as he expected to “suffer the diminution of his enjoyment of life.”

However, the resort argued that the injury was "the result of negligence of Plaintiff John Mahdessian” — and the jury ruled in its favor.
