“You stated to me that she was repeatedly flirtatious to you throughout the trial, and gave some interesting examples,” Grace said to Kirk.

“This was a five-and-a-half year-long relationship,” Kirk explained. “Back in the day before I tried to leave her case, this was the behavior we saw out of Ms. Arias.”
