The relationship seems to be progressing well despite rumors early on in their relationship that the former MLB player was two-timing his new girlfriend.
In fact speculation that they would be jumping the broom soon followed after the power couple started to take serious steps like blending their families.
And now with wedding bells ringing louder and louder, the singer has started “shedding for the wedding.”
According the Life& Style, J.Lo has been “working out at least five days a week” to shed pounds for her upcoming nuptials to A-rod.
The bride-to-be is fitness routine includes “tough cardio workouts, yoga, running, cycling, boxing and dancing,” said the source. She has also been increasing her water intake and forgoing some of her favorites which include fried chicken, chocolate-chip cookies, pizza and chips.
However, A-rod loves Jennifer just the way she is. “A-Rod loves J.Lo’s curves and is always telling her how incredible she looks.”
