Abuse, Addiction, & More! How Jenelle Evans' Tragic Past Could Be Linked To Her Medical Mystery Diagnosis

Jenelle Evans can't seem to move on from her drug-filled past on the latest episode of Teen Mom 2.

The 24-year-old revealed on the show that she was battling a health crisis, and even had to leave her trip to New York City to seek treatment in a North Carolina emergency room.

After confessing to her boyfriend David Eason that she felt "like [she's] slowly dying," she learned that her test results came back clean. Her doctors then prescribed the mom-of-two with a potentially habit-forming anxiety medication.

Jenelle was forced to open up about her addictive past to her new boyfriend, declaring, "I was addicted in the past, to not really painkillers, but actually the purest form — heroin."

"I'm never gonna be addicted to any drug ever again and I will make sure of it," she explained. "And I don't smoke anymore, and I'm trying to get Jace back. I'm not going back to that."

The troubled star was arrested for heroin and marijuana possession in the past — and admitted via Twitter in 2013 that she spent as much as $400 a day on her heroin addiction.

RadarOnline also published a graphic video of her then-estranged husband, Courtland Rogers, injecting himself with the drug.
