A source told

The source continued, “The twin was treated and released. They are doing fine now.” No word yet on which 1-year-old, Sir or Rumi, was feeling under the weather. The parents have been very secretive about the babies, releasing very few photos since their birth last June.

Big sister Blue Ivy was also spotted with the family. The six-year-old recently shared her love for her younger siblings on her parents' newest album. She can be heard at the end of the song “Boss” saying, “Shout-out to Rumi and Sir. Love, Blue.”

Despite the nerve-wracking afternoon, the “Crazy in Love” couple still performed in Berlin that evening. They’ve yet to release a statement about the twin's health emergency.
