Jamie Otis took to Instagram on Monday to open about her struggles with fertility and promote her upcoming show Jamie and Doug Plus One.
The reality TV personality, who first appeared as contestant on the sixteenth season of The Bachelor, and later on the first season of Married at First Sight, where she met her husband, Doug Hehner, invited fans into her “labor room.”
“One day until we get to relive the moment we met the love of our lives!” the post began. “Gracie was born & our lives have changed for the better in every single way ... errr, except the sleep department! lol.”
“Have you ever been in the labor room when a woman gave birth? Well, we are inviting you into my labor room,” Jamie added.
The premiere of their reality show, Jamie And Doug Plus One, will air Tuesday night on Lifetime and will show the birth of their daughter.
As fans know, Jamie and her husband suffered a devastating miscarriage last year when she was four months pregnant with her son, Jonathan Edward. In August, a little over a year a later, the couple welcomed their daughter, Henley Grace.
“And if you know someone who has struggled with infertility or pregnancy loss, please let them know there IS HOPE ... my little Gracie is proof that the rainbow DOES come after the storm,” the sweet post concluded.
