Reality TV star Holly Durst seemed to have it all. After finishing among the top ten contestants on ABC’s The Bachelor in 2008, she made a triumphant comeback when three years later, she emerged as the winner of season two of Bachelor Pad. However, since that victorious day back in 2011, it looks like the the Ohio native has undergone some changes that have left the her almost unrecognizable.

The inspiration for this physical change? World-renowned beauty, Megan Fox, who is also known to have undergone plastic surgery to make some minor changes in her appearance, including her nose. “I think Megan is beautiful, and I always went back to how photos have shown the subtle little changes she’s had done,” the 32-year-old explained.

Holly herself had long considered having work done, including fixing her nose’s down-turned nasal strip and her deviated septum to help improve her breathing. “I have never liked my nose. I’ve always hated every picture of it,” Holly stated.

When her and her 32-year old husband, fellow Bachelor contestant, Blake Julian, decided to put a hold on having kids after trying for three years, it seemed like the perfect opportunity for Holly to undergo the changes. She underwent multiple surgeries at once. “I thought, I might as well have anything else taken care of that I wanted at the same time,” Holly stated. The total cost of the procedures? — A staggering $25,000!

According to Dr. Franklin Rose, who performed the surgeries in mid-October, Holly underwent extensive liposuction, recontoured her chin, fixed her downturned nasal tip and fixed her deviated septum. Last but not least, Dr. Franklin also used fillers to recontour her tear troughs, to give her lower eyelids a more “youthful appearance,” and performed a breast lift that increased her size by a cup and a half.

Holly stated, “I’m thrilled with the changes,” and so long as she doesn’t breach her husband's one condition (not touching her lips!), so is he.
