Capt. Garo Kuredjian with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office told Radar that someone called 911 from the 57-year-old’s home yesterday, November 18.

He said it was a medical call, not criminal. A source told Radar it was Heather’s boyfriend who made the call.

According to Radar, Heather was in treatment for abusing prescription pills and alcohol. She was released in October.

She was facing five misdemeanor charges from a February incident where she allegedly bit fiancé Chris Heisser on the nose and threatened emergency responders.

In June, Heather lashed out at him again and was eventually placed in a psych ward. She’s facing eight charges in total, plus a lawsuit from an EMT she allegedly attacked.
