Christmas Comes Early! Did Gwyneth Paltrow Give Herself the Gift of a New Face?

When the 43-year-old actress was spotted on Dec. 2 at the grand opening of the Goop Market in New York City, Gwyneth's features seemed to be significantly tighter.

According to what Dr. Susan Evans told RadarOnline, Gwyneth might have resorted to botox, fillers and chemical peels to acheive her new wrinkle-free face.

"Gwyneth appears to have gotten Botox in the forehead and her chin, relaxing the muscles and giving her entire face a more relaxed appearance," the Beverly Hills doctor explained.

Dr. Susan Evans also claimed it appeared as if Gwyneth may have even gotten "hyaluronic acid in her nasal labial folds and in her tear trophs under her eyes." Though Dr. Evans has not treated Gwyneth, her professional repertoire includes many A-list celebrities.

Looks like Christmas came early this year for Gwyneth!
