RadarOnline.com published the 911 call that sent first responders to the singer’s house. According to the dispatcher audio, Demi was “unconscious.” The LAPD told Radar they received a call at 11:37 a.m. about a possible OD of a 25-year-old female.

Demi was treated on the scene with Narcan, which is often used in narcotics overdoses. A source told Us Weekly, “One of her friends had Narcan on hand in case something like this happened. Her friends knew this was coming because she’s been using so much again. They were up all night partying the night before at her house.”

Thankfully, the “Sorry Not Sorry” singer woke up at the hospital. Her family said in a statement, “Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support. Some of the information being reported is incorrect and they respectfully ask for privacy and not speculation as her health and recovery is the most important thing right now.”

Her mother, Dianna De La Garza, has been at her side since she was hospitalized. Her sister, Madison De La Garza, was also spotted at the singer’s house after the news broke. Her aunt, Kerissa Web Dunn, took to Facebook to ask for prayers for the ailing star.

A source told Radar that Demi will be headed to rehab when she’s released from the hospital. The Camp Rock actress is also canceling all her shows going forward.

The “Skyscraper” singer performed at the California Mid-State Fair this Sunday, July 22. One fan in attendance said the singer cried while singing her new song “Sober,” and rushed off stage when she forgot the words.

“Sober” is about Demi’s relapse. In the lyrics she sings, “Momma, I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore / And daddy, please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor / To the ones who never left me, we've been down this road before / I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore.”

Before Tuesday’s shocking overdose news, Demi’s behavior had been raising red flags with those closest to her. She was caught partying earlier this month with a mystery man. She fired her longtime manager and broke things off with her former life coach.

Her neighbors have said she’s a loud partier and she was spotted out with friends Monday night. Demi broke up with long-time boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama two years ago, but her mom said this April that the split “broke” her.

The first time she got sober, Demi said the thing that made her realize she was at rock bottom was when her parents banned her from seeing her little sister Madison. That’s when she knew she had to get sober. She has also received treatment for self-harm and bulimia.

At his concert last night, Charlie Puth dedicated his song “See You Again” to her. Macklemore, who has also publicly discussed his addiction struggles, performed a song in her honor as well.
