Close Call! Bill Wife Camille Drums Up More Drama For The Cosby Case

After being denied her request to quash the deposition subpoena in her husband's, 88-year-old Bill Cosby, trial on Dec 31., the 71-year-old has decided to take a different legal route.

Even though Camille was scheduled to depose Jan 6., a federal judge has now agreed to postpone the matter.

The reason for this delay? According to the emergency motion that was filed on Dec 4., Camille needs time to review her already ongoing appeal.

In an ironic turn of events, the earlier ruling now subject of that appeal, was compelling Camille’s testimony in the first place! But it looks like this time around, she got out of appearing in court – at least for now!

As Star previously reported, official charges were been filed against the comedian in relation to his alleged sexual assault of former Temple basketball coach Andrea Constand.
