Celebrity dermatologist Dr. Tabasum Mir (who has not worked with Kylie) recently spoke out about the star, saying that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has had "too much work done." She believes Kylie has also had her hips and butt worked on in addition to Botox and peels.
