She's Legal! Caitlyn Jenner Changes Her Name & Gender—Shocking Reason She Listed On The Form Revealed

A brand spanking new birth certificate will soon be on its way to her Malibu mansion mailbox that will prove former Bruce Jenner is legally a woman and known as Caitlyn Jenner.

The hardest part on the form was the fill in the blank line asking about the reason for the change, to which Caitlyn reportedly scribbled: "To better match my identity."

Apparently the grueling name- and gender-changing event hasn't been easy either, since on the most recent I Am Cait episode had Caitlyn complaining about the process being more than she bargained for, but certainly easier than it used to be.

"Before you had to have gender-confirmation surgery before you could change your gender mark. There was advocacy done to change that and now you just have to have clinically-appropriate treatment to change your gender mark," a representative from the Los Angeles LGBT Center told Cait in the most recent episode.

"After hearing all the struggles people go through because they don't have the proper documentation, I realized that I should be a little more aggressive in dealing with this issue," the former Keeping Up With the Kardashians star said during the show.
