Britney Spears posted an update about her niece, Maddie Aldridge, after her serious ATV accident which put her in the hospital.

The singer said the 8-year-old is "making progress."

She was driving an ATV on her family property when she swerved and landed into a pond.
Maddie was submerged underwater for several minutes until EMT workers arrived.
Thankfully, the little girl is now in stable condition while receiving treatment at a Louisiana hospital.
