Even though Megan, 29, filed for divorce from husband Brian, 42, on Aug. 21, the estranged couple have tried to keep up a united front for their two sons, Noah, 3, and 20-month-old Bodhi — including to continue to live under the same roof!

But despite the ex couple's best efforts, their chances of reconciliation only seem to drift further away; proof of their relationship heading towards a downwards spiral was their most recent Thanksgiving experience.

For this year’s holiday, Megan and Brian chose Café 101 — a Hollywood Hills diner where turkey spreads cost a mere $19.95 — as the place to celebrate their Thanksgiving.

According to what sources told Star, the only thing that matched the poor choice in venue was the couple’s terrible attitude towards one another.

“As soon as they sat own, she began arguing with him. Those two couldn’t go 15 minutes without picking a fight,” the insider revealed.

Instead of spending quality family time, the source revealed: “They rushed through the meal and didn’t even bother staring for pumpkin pie.”

Unfortunately for the kids, their parents’ hostile behavior didn’t go unnoticed. “The boys looked awfully upset,” the insider stated. “But it was clear that that Megan and Brian couldn’t stand to spend another second together.” So much for giving thanks this year!
