Radaronline.com, documents were filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court to set up a court battle a few weeks before Christmas. “Trial on the bifurcated issue of custody is to begin on December 4, 2018,” the docs said, according to
Radar.

The former supercouple have been fighting over custody of their six kids — Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and 10-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox — since their 2016 split.

The December hearing will take place in front of a temporary judge, not in open court. Both of the Mr. & Mrs. Smith actors are paying for the judge.
