On the heels of Blake's abrupt divorce announcement in July, the duo didn't just forget to dime the claim they'd still be friends in their joint statement. Instead, the pair tweeted a normal conversation back and forth with each other about Miranda's bestie's, Ashley Monroe, new album being the best she's ever done. It was the only thing they could talk about to keep their divorce amicable to the public eye, but that civil behavior is long gone.

Now, it looks like they're anything but friends. A source says the exes plan to "remain civil if they see one another at entertainment industry events, but other than that, they'll never be friends again."

When she asked to meet Blake recently for a heart-to-heart talk, he flat-out refused—enraging Miranda to just dress sexier and going out with their mutual friends in an effort "to make Blake jealous," the source says.

"Even though there were rumors that he was unfaithful too, Blake adored Miranda and wanted to have a family with her," the insider explains.
