Man Boob Misery! Blake Shelton's Body Image Crisis — Why He Wears A T-Shirt In The Pool

Blake Shelton wore a t-shirt in the pool on his 40th birthday, and now, an insider has revealed why.

“He is so sensitive about his weight,” an insider told Page Six. “You will never see him shirtless.”

His insecurity is reportedly so bad, that people on set at The Voice have noticed.

“Backstage . . . he always keeps his dressing room closed," the source added. "At photo shoots, he will not change on set. He goes back to his dressing room whenever he needs to take his clothes off.”

The country music star has previously lamented his problem areas, telling People, "When [clothes] are fitted to me, it's hard for me to disguise man boobs and gut and all that stuff, so it's all sticking out!"

Still, for all of his body concerns, his girlfriend Gwen Stefani does not seem to mind a little extra to hold on to.

The pair was caught getting frisky in the pool over the weekend, Gwen in a bikini, and Blake fully clothed.
