The conversation made Andrea feel “drained” and “emotionally occupied,” and after a trip to the bathroom, Cosby produced three blue pills what he claimed were herbal medication to “take the edge off,” the report claims. He then told Andrea, “Put them [the pills] in your mouth. Taste the wine. Just taste the wine.” Then, 20 to 30 minutes after the incident, Andrea claimed to have experienced blurry vision, had difficulty speaking, and felt that her legs felt “rubbery.”

Bill however maintained he had only given his victim “1.5 pills, split into three halves,” that the blue pills were actually Benadryl, and that their conversation had quickly turned romantic. According to the police file, the comedian stated, “We began to neck and we began to touch and we began to feel and kiss and kiss back.” He further stated that they had moved to a living room sofa, and assumed a “spooning position.”

“I go inside her pants. She then took her hand and put it on top of my hand to push it in further,” Bill continued, adding that after he thought the had victim climaxed – an assumption based on certain sounds the victim made – he suggested that she “please take a nap.”

But Andrea could not disagree more with her alleged rapist’s statements. “The poor girl’s version of events couldn’t have been more different,” a police source assured. “She described herself as ‘frozen’ and ‘paralyzed’ as Cosby took advantage of her.” According to the victim’s statement, her assaulter “touched her breasts and vaginal area, rubbed his penis against her hand, and digitally penetrated.” According to the police file, after having lost consciousness, Andrea woke up around 4 a.m., “feeling raw in and around the vaginal area … her clothes and undergarments were in disarray.”
