Below Deck star Caroline Bedol has found herself in choppy waters. RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that there’s a warrant out for her arrest related to charges that her pitbull attacked another dog. The warrant was issued October 26 after Caroline missed a mandatory court appearance. According to the police report obtained by
Radar, a man claimed he was walking his dog when Caroline’s
pitbull “attacked” his pooch.

“He was walking his Australian shepherd dog while leashed when a black pitbull ran out into the street and attacked his dog,” the police report said.

The reality star, who’s the third steward on season six of Below Deck, was charged with possession of a vicious, barking dog and failure to comply with dog ownership requirements. She also skipped a mandatory appearance in September.

Caroline told
People that she’s a “little confused” about the arrest warrant, which she didn’t know about. She believes she can pay a fine to end the drama.

Her pitbull mutt, Rico, was off his leash at 10:30 p.m. in her yard, which she thought would be a safe time to let him out. “He’s never really interacted with other dogs, but we have dogs all over our neighborhood,” she explained.

“He attacked [the dog], don’t get me wrong, but it was like an attack from your four-year-old who runs up to you and just jumps on you,” she claimed. “He pounced. My neighbor reacted by kicking him.”

“I think it was fear-related — he’s not aggressive,” she said, saying that if he were she would call in professionals to train him. Still, she admitted this was the second time the dog did this. “Do I need to be extremely cautious? Yeah, because if this happens one more time they’re going to have to probably take him in and assess him and that breaks my heart.”
